Payment & Reservation Policy

Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, Check, Money Order, or Cash. Credit cards are not accepted.
Securing Your Appointment:
Advance Bookings: Full payment must be received at least 24 hours before your scheduled service to confirm your reservation.
Same-Day Bookings: Payment is required at least 1 hour before the service to secure your spot.
Note: No service is officially reserved until full payment is received. Time slots may be released to other clients if payment is not received within the timeframes above.
Events: Payment terms for events may be more flexible on a case-by-case basis, particularly for corporate clients requiring payment upon completion.
Refund & Rescheduling Policy
All sales are final. To respect the energy and time dedicated to each session, payments are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment or apply your payment toward a different service if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance. If the new service has a higher rate, your original payment will be applied as a credit toward the total. Applied credits must be used within 90 days of the original purchase.
Cancellations & No-Shows: Requests to cancel appointments made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, are non-transferable and non-refundable. Appointments are considered missed if the client fails to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time.
Emergencies: Life happens. True emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis at my sole discretion.
